Shea founded the Law Firm of Shea M. Randall in order to provide outstanding legal representation and services to his clients. Frustrated with the billable hour requirement of most law firms that tends to prioritize the generation of income over the personal needs and situations of clients, Shea decided to create a law firm that reflected his personal values of treating each client as though they matter.

Shea graduated from Chapman University’s Dale E. Fowler School of Law. While at Fowler School of Law he received several awards for academic achievement including top of his class in the areas of Estate Planning and Family Law. He also holds his Master of Arts and Bachelor degrees from Biola University. He reads four languages and has written several publications.

Shea lives in Southern California and has traveled extensively, including living in Africa and the Middle East. In addition to his passion for the practice of law, he enjoys learning new things, developing his art work, and spending time with his nephew and niece. He also has a disproportionate love for all things Disney.
